Ahh, no use harping over it. Yesterday was stressful yet really fun. How ironic, but it's true. Because maybe I was really high from eating so much at recess, and I was laughing at every single thing. Then I was sharing with Benn about my PEE THEORY which she didn't wanna listen. Hahaha, and then she needed to go to the toilet! (: So coincidental. And there was the flowers for Vday order form, and there was an example of a name there, and it said 'Kim Sim'. Hilarious! I think Benn thought I was mad or something. Hoho.
But my Chinese teacher had to reschedule the test for the Chinese idioms (can you believe we have to learn 250 this whole year, they're sadistic I bet) to today, and I had a Chem test today too. So I have to study for two huge tests, do loads of homework, play the piano, I had guitar, and Creative Writing.
Guitar was fun though, because Mr Choo wasn't there and Mr Daniel Lim, the new teacher, had to teach the Sec 1s and us at the same time. So he was rushing about, and we had time on our own. So we played hangman! :D But Miss Choe (AKA Jas Choe LOL) came in and we asked her to play with us and her response was, "I refuse to be a part of this!" Hahaha, but she was half-smiling.
And during CW, we had to write sentences of the words found in the comprehension passage. So Abby and I wrote all our sentences with Eustacia in it. They were HILARIOUS. Here are some (:
Jeopardize - Eustacia was jeopardizing her health when she drank soap instead of water.
Melancholy - Eustacia felt a wave of melancholy sweeping over her when her boyfriend broke up with her.
Sway - Eustacia was so heavy that even the strong winds could not sway her.
Continually - Eustacia farted continually in front of her boyfriend after eating one kilogram of baked beans.
Just FYI, she knows what we wrote and she wrote the same stuff, so it was all in good fun. (:
The highlight of my week so far has been Y=MX+C. I've asked three people, and all said that they would ask their parents, two have said they can most likely come. YESSSSS. I'm really glad that even the people that I thought wouldn't have wanted to come actually asked their parents, and told me to remind them, and actually made the effort to ask the parent that would more likely allow (: And I think as much as I don't want to agree, I do agree with Benn. That the MEP concert being on the same day is a blessing in disguise, because after that the people invited can just go to the MEP concert with me. God works in ways we cannot understand, and through Avo + Benn, I realised this. Maybe it's not the way you want it to be, but it's not your will, it's God's will. Yeahhh. Avo + Benn had many successful invites too, so yay (:

I was just reading some blogs, and I realised that I may have issues with what people do. I shall address them here, even though I'm being a busybody. But then again, that's what some MG girls do best! HEE HEE.
But then again, I think I better not lest I get flamed or something. So I'll just post something about infatuation. Heh, the word we all love, don't we? Okay, nevermind. Today I'm kinda indecisive. Or maybe not, cause I'm deciding NOT to do stuff? Ahhh, okay whatever LOL.
And I think that sometimes, it isn't that people are unfriendly, it's just that they know when to be serious at the right time. When you're in a big place, how do you expect to know everybody? Why are you pissed at someone when you're the one that's wrong?
But that's a different issue altogether. Sorry, but I just have a lot of opinions. Though I tend to crap a lot when I say them out.
Today I asked Shannen to Y=MX+C, and she said she'd ask her dad, who'd prolly say yes! :D And that, made my day.
Joelle Yong my dear we should do something for Valentine's Day! Because we loooove each other don't we. With the rest of the girls. <3 Oh and Benn and I planned something: When I go to Melbourne, I'll get to drive at 16 (JOY!!! :D) so they'll take an after O Levels trip to Melbourne and you'll come visit me. Then we'll have a road trip and we can go to all the fun places and go to the beach, and shopping at Shoppingtown and stuff, and it'll be the time of our lives. And the best part is that we'll be able to see each other again! :D
And when you all are there, we can drive up to Perth or something, wherever's near. I can drive. Yesss. (: In Australia, you don't need a professional instructor, you just need to have someone sitting next to you, prolly an adult, and they'll teach you. When you get your license, you just need that person to verify if you've been trained a certain number of hours, and they trust you and give you the license. I guess if you don't really get that number of hours, it's your loss because you may get into an accident or something without enough training, especially with Australia being so dark at night and stuff. But it's amazing that they're so trusting. Like in Australia, you can just lend your friend your car. Whereas in S'pore you never see that happening.
Ah well, enough talk about Australia. I'm leaving at the end of the year. So, we'll talk about Australia then. :D

Yesterday service was really good. Chelsa came. Yay, LOL. AND KEITH YONG! HE CAME TOO! YAY! (:
FUEL was coool. Bro Kafei was the teacher, so to speak. And the chapel was really really cold. And Sister Kassey's getting marrieddd! So sweet! (:
At Macs, it was really funny. Cause you know Abby and I have this thing of popping the little holes on the top of the Macs drink covers, and then she popped mine and Jo got into the habit too. So she reached over to the table next to ours, where Reuben, Ivan, and Justin were sitting. There was this uncleared tray with an empty drink on it, the holds not popped yet, so she popped them. Then Ivan and Justin were staring at the thing for super long, and she started laughing all over again. They had this dumbstruck look on their face, it was hilarious. Then she reached over to pop their holes, and they stared at their holes on the cover. For this like, super long time. And 5 minutes later, they started laughing.
Talk about slow reaction!
And I'm so sorry Jo we couldn't get our tub. We'll get it next week, when we don't eat and aren't so full.
I was packing my room today, and look what I found!
It's a ladybug, but when you open the wings, you can see the watch! So coool. My dad got it for me years ago from Perth. But it's stopped working already. >:(

Ahh, the SC girls. They all have the light on their faces hahahaha.
Yesterday's service was really good. Everyone wore their school uniform, and I realised in the service how much MG needs God. At the front during worship, Sis Lorraine was like, "Eh, MGS!" Cause Benn and me and Ariel were in front. And MG was on the video! (:During the sermon God reminded me of something that made me see how my being in MG was planned a long time ago, that it was planned and it's for a purpose that I'm in MG.
And people said really encouraging things to me too. Before FUEL, Odelia said, "I like your smile! It's so sweet." Hee, thank you dear! (: And Laura (LOL) gave me this really sweet letter.
But the thing that struct me most was during FUEL. Sister Kassey asked us to share one thing that impacted us most about the service, and I said that it was the sermon. That you really need perseverance even when it's hard and just have faith that God will deliver what He has promised you. And then Sis Kassey said this, to me, "I believe that you're going to bring revival to MGS. Really, and I'm praying and believing with you that you will bring MGS revival."
Those words were really encouraging. Not just because they were the words that they were, but because they were said to me. I'm gonna fight for MG, and it'll be a battle that'll be won. Oh yeah. (:

I was kinda disappointed that there are only two, but oh well. They're nice pictures though! (:
Today was alright, as usual. MG-Nyte was the highlight of my day. During Chem, we had to wear these disgusting and ugly safety goggles that look real freakish. If someone walked into the lab then, it'd be like walking into a lab full of nerdy, MGS science freaks who don't have a life. And it hurt too because the nose part presses onto your nose. But, whatever. They remind me of my fugly new glasses that make me look like a nerd, but I've to be grateful I guess because my dad went to make it for me and picked it up for me too. However, when I put on those glasses and look at myself in the mirror, I feel like crying because I hate the way I look in it. Emofied. LOL. I'll never wear those glasses out. Never everrr. K, enough talk about glasses before I get super pissed off about my new ones. And just FYI, I did NOT choose them. Don't insult my taste thank you. My dad chose them, but oh well. Heck I'll just wear them at home ONLY. So, sorry but you won't be able to see me with them! (: You'll prolly freak out and die anyway so I think you'd better not. You can just stick with seeing me all nice and big-eyed with contacts. Yay, heh.
I cannot wait for the weekend, where I can finally sleep in for a longer while. In the mornings on weekdays, I feel as if I'm fighting to keep my eyes open. Though I think everyone is.
The Arena last night was really exciting. MGS vs St. Nicholas CHIJ Secondary School. MG won CHIJ 72 to 28. (: The IJ girls were really nervous, you could tell that MG was going to win already in the first 2 rounds. The score was like, 44 to 0! LOL. And there was this really bim IJ girl. The one on the last round, during her rebuttal time, she was like, raising up her hand and putting her other hand to her chest, and going, "Um, excuse me?"
So bimmm! Heh. Free periods seem to go by so quickly, and yet lessons seem to crawl by. Like art. I hate art, art to me is stressful. Today we had the wretched subject, which, may I include, is counted in my average (in other words, my average will be screwed up because my art and MEP will totally pull it down), and we had to draw that lines thing. And may I mention I have NO creative streak or even a creative hairline crack in me, and hence I was racking my brains trying to think of funny and weird lines to draw something, at least something, and I ended up with a piece of paper with bullcrap black and white stuff on it. I am such a genius.

We had this NYAA talk, and this graduate came to talk about how she managed to get the Silver award. And at the end of the talk she went, "And just for your info, no, it is not self-centred to sign up for NYAA." Hahaha, cos the subject of the debate last night (The Arena) was whether youths are driven by self-centredness alone. LOL.

Ah well, we had a free period today and I tell you, the librarian is cranky! We were only in the library using the computers for 15 minutes and she told us that we had to go because she was closing the library. I bet she was skivinggg! Gahh, so we wasted 20 plus minutes of our precious free period travelling to and from the library. And then I lost my Chinese textbook and so I didn't study for my spelling (tingxie) and so I had to borrow a book. But I think I did okay for it. The tingxie I mean. LOL, and there's this girl in my Chinese class who has the same Chinese name as me! Hahaha Xue Er is the coolesttt. ;D

So... I've been meaning to countdown to the holidays. And I WILL start it! It's just that I've been to lazy to check. Heh. After the 2006 December holidays, I've been really looking forward to the March holidays, for no reason. I'm sick of school after 2 weeks. And I may go to Perth during the March holidays because my brother's running for his school in the WALLA Track & Field event. I want my Haivanas! But he needs to get past the trials. And my mum's giving me the evil eye because I'm on another web page other than something to do with school work.

School this week has been... (blank). If I say okay, it's not really the truth, but if I say bad, it's not exactly the truth either. This year, I think I have changed in a funny way. After school, I no longer try to stay back as long as possible to make it look like, to myself and others, that I have this way hectic schedule. I no longer try to find that solace in school, because I know that I will never find it. In school, I'm pretty much pathetic. It sucks actually having to admit it, but I feel like I'm just a lackey. Lackey. Sometimes I wish that recess never comes, so that I don't have to always walk behind someone, so that I don't have to look like I don't know anyone. And when everyone's recess timing's the same, it only shows one thing, when you're someone's lackey - you are alone.
I wish that I could have some control sometimes. I wish that I didn't have to be the one who stands behind, pretending not to listen to the conversation when all I wanna do, is just go home. I wish that sometimes, in school, I can just curl up, cry, and then just sleep my head off and never wake up. Blah.
On the other hand, being alone has it's benefits I guess. You get to think alot. LOL.
Anyway. That basically sums up my week, other than the fact that MEP is getting okay now, I guess. We did something kinda funny today, but it was fun at the same time. Chelsa sits next to me, and she's really nice (: LOL.
I'm looking forward to the holidaysss! Need to countdown.

Thursday, I supposedly was, the luckiest girl. Because Danieltan came to my house. Hahaha. Delise Yang was like green with envy luh. But it's okay Dee! He'll be like coming back for NS in 2 years. LOL. (:
Friday, had the NUS thing. Boring, in my opinion. :/ I had to rush home for piano lessons then I decided to go for the prayer meeting in which I ended up arriving 15 minutes late. I sat at 4M with Chetwin, Eugene and the rest and my section was like, downstairs. LOL. Oh and I wore contacts! I took like half an hour to put them on. They're super painful okay! Hahaha.
Yesterday. I got 6 months supply of contacts. Not that painful anymore, I guess. Lunch at Westmall then went home, bathed and went to church. Was supposed to meet them at Macs, but I was late. So they went to church first and then I met Reuben there. LOL. Served at IGNYTE's launch! (: But next week we're serving again. Ah. Reuben was standing at the door outside the chapel but I couldn't see his reaction when Pearl came in because I was standing inside! >:( Gahh, haha. Nevermind next week I shall see it. Hee hee.
Thank you to all the people who gave me the book, I really wanted it so thank you! (: And to Chet and Nathan, thanks for the alphabet bear! So sweet, haha! Thanks :D

I love my section! It's like, super fun. LOL. And hilarious. Especially that Jonathan guy, Sec 1. He's so cute luh! Sister Kassey was like, "Oh, I love you I love you!" to him, then he went, "Ah, no no no thank you." Then Sister Kassey went, "Why like that? We should love each other!" Then he went, " Yeah yeah! I'm loving each other what."
HAHAHA he's so hilarious. And Kevin Teo got his name in the paper game 5 times! LOL!
And they were super sweet (: They sang me a birthday song hahaha.
At Macs, concentration was uber fun! We were laughing our heads off. LOL! And then the tongkat game was totally screwed up and then it was hilarious because we had some debate about who was supposed to tongkat and Reuben was sitting there all blur. LOL.
Basically, Saturday was the highlight of my week. Gonna be 14 in like, 12 hours time. How exciting LOL. Heh.

Two words? A blur. A mad, surreal, crazy blur. Honestly, last night, when I prepared for school, packing my bag and stuff, though I didn't show it, I was a nervous wreck. In this new school year, I'm just really apprehensive about what's to come. Faced with what happened last year, the challenges, etc, I'm just really really scared. Of my classmates, my teachers, the studies and stuff.
2007 - Let go, let God.
Ironically, I know that this year is going to be a good year. An exciting year, and I know God's going to use me this year. Somehow I just know. But still, despite that, I'm apprehensive. About how, when, where.
Today, was a wasted day. Didn't do anything, I was feeling like shyte because of my dead throat. Throughout the day that fear kept coming back to me. Of what, I'm not too sure myself.
MG-Nyte. What Jeann said was just moving. I don't know why, I just found it really touching.
At the end of school today, you know what I needed?

My phone last night was super lag, I only received new years' messages just now.
Watchnight was good. I had a super bad sore throat though. And we were in the overflow room, but it was still good. The stairs at PL are freaky though. Sis Alicia and I are afraid of heights, so we were darn freaked out as we climbed them LOL!

We didn't get to do the countdown! :( And school's reopening on Wednesday. Bummer. Oh well, I'll make do and start well. 2007 will be a good year. Let's hope it's a good year without nagging. Believe and have faith! HAHAHA.
