I just realised that Channing Tatum's 'Tatum' is pronounced as 'tae-tem'. Not 'tahh-toom' or 'teh-tum'. Mmhmm.
My dad should cancel KBS World on our cable. It's sickening, really. My mother's watching it day and night, as if she even understands Korean. My ass. Funny how all the movies I wanna watch right now are all rated. Heh.
My younger brother just got his PSP, and he's on it the whole day. It's irritating. Quite, I guess. This is random, but I think one of the reasons why I love my youngest brother is because he's the only one of us three children who dares talk back to my mom. Yeah, that's not a good thing, but sometimes my mom can get unreasonable. My younger brother and I only do that when we're really mad at her. But my youngest brother can say things that are quite rude but true and get away with it.

This morning, I had to wake up at freaking 7am to go to school for guit lessons. 7 am! AM. No wonder we were half dead in class. And as I was walking back with Abby to Maplewoods, I called Mo to tell him I wouldn't be at the jamming session, and guess what?
Jackfruit dearest was still asleep!
That, is not the point. The point, is that Mr Choo had to choose some unearthly hour like 7 am to have our guit lesson! When I left the house, my brothers were still sleeping peacefully. Gahh how annoying.

Church was good. I was serving, and somehow when I finally manage to find SOMETHING to wear that's according to the colour code, I'm the only girl who wears it. Orange. Bright orange. But it was okay, I guess. LOL. When we opened the doors, Keith, Chet and Mo were all going, "Duibuqi, wo de pengyou yao ni de dianhua!" HAH!
Didn't go to Macs, went for Benn's Thanksgiving dinner. There was a LOT of food. And it was good. We tried red wine but it sucked. Sucked big time. It was bitter, and smelled real bad. Abby got slightly tipsy after that LOL. I loved the brownies and ice cream though. :D
We went for a walk, Benn, Ariel, Abby, Merrilyn and me, and we saw this wedding car and Benn wanted to pose with it. Haha. Then we realised that the engine was on and there was someone inside! We were talking about being civilised and we invented this phrase - "HO! You must be civilised!" And I think the thing that makes it so funny is the HO! part. Hahaha.
Saw a frog and we all freaked out.

8 January 2007 will be my last birthday here. That's definite.
Sad? I don't really know. Maybe.
Went to Jo's house for the sleepover on Monday. We ate then after that we went down to the pool and ended up inside. Only Benn and Grace stayed out. It was fun. LOL. Though I was shivering because it was so cold. It was FREEZING. Literally. Then we cut the cake. It was this Island Creamery one, Reverso, which was really good. Swam again after that. Ariel, Dee and I had a nice talk. Hee. After that Benn had a brilliant idea to do some catwalk thing and it was hilarious. Cause we had to do weird poses. LOL.
I was the first to bathe cause I was freezing and I didn't know how to switch the water source from the tap to the shower, but finally I figured it out. Yeah. So when I finished bathing we all went into the room and Ariel, Jo, Dee and Jo's sister Janelle were playing LUDO. Obviously, Jo was having her lucky day. We gave her our present at 12mn, 21 November 2006. It was this photo montage thing where we stuck our pictures. There was this super good one where we super-imposed Jo's pic with Chet! It was good. And another one which I will not describe.
Jo was on the phone with Isaac and the guys at Mo's chalet for like about an hour, and we played L.O.V.E and I was doing the L.O. part and Jo was doing the V.E. part. It was cool! :D And later we did our Accidentally In Love rendition. Hahah. Then Jo accidentally switched off the computer so we all went to sleep and we were talking. At around 4, Jo started screaming about monsters coming to kill her from underneath her bed and in her closet, and Abby went, "Your bed underneath has so many things! How can the monster stay there?" And she kept screaming.
Funny thing is, I can't remember falling asleep. I just woke up. LOL. Sorry Dee if I took too much of the blanket!
We had breakfast then Jo's parents sent us to the Newton MRT where we took the train to Harbourfront. We walked around at the Harbourfront Shopping Centre, went into Esprit and tried on sunglasses. Hah what a pity we couldn't take pictures. :(
At Sentosa, Siloso Beach, it was really hot. The guys - Mo, Dylan, Chet, Eugene and Isaac - came at like 2pm. We were all tanning in the sun, but I don't even think I'm any darker. >:( So hard la. Ariel, Abby and I built this dam, but by the time we finished tanning, it was all dried up! How sad. Anyway, we swam to the other island and back! I think I would have made it faster if I had goggles. LOL. But it was fun. Swimming burns 8 calories/ minute! Ha.
And before we went to Siloso, this guy came up to Abby.

Tanned again before Benn and Jo came back with drinks and a gingerbread man, and Jo ate the legs part. And it was like, Jo c_______d the gingerbread man! Then they buried Eugene in the sand, and Jo wanted to walk on it but she stepped on THAT part. And Eugene was like, "WHOA! Outrage of modesty!" LOL. LOL. LOL. Then Ariel and Abby went to bathe and Benn and Jo decided to take the tram back to the main station. So I went along with them.

Due to others emotional problems, I decided to walk back. And THAT was when I got really pissed.

I went to bathe and when I got back it was still the same. Was supposed to go for dinner but I decided not to. So I went to Abby's house. And we watched GONG! :D

Before going up to the rink, we went to KFC for lunch and there was this waiter at KFC that was giving us the pervert look, and we were really freaked out. He kept on going to our table and smiling at Jo and Abby. Eeyer. So finally when he came one last time, we couldn't take it anymore, we went away. But after that Jo and I felt quite bad so we went back. And after that I think he kept frowning at us instead.
The rink was freakingly cold. LIKE REALLY FREEZING. After dunno how many rounds I went, I finally stopped and I was freezing and my teeth were chattering. Mo went, "I know you're cursing us in your own language! Stop cursing us! STOP!" Oh man the food was good but really ex. VERY VERY EX.
I fell down I think like, more than 20 times. If not more than 15 times. On my knees, and ass, and the funniest one was when I fell down in a split, but I can't do a split so it went out sideways instead. And after that my legs were sore. Sore. :S And my gloves were soaked because I kept falling down and so my fingers were freezing. LOL. Thanks Chet for helping me up! :D At least I learnt how to skate. I think. Haha yeah.
Then we went for dinner, and it was HILARIOUS. Seriously. Benn, Jo and I had "Accidentally In Love" sung there, and it was super funny cause Jo and I were the backing vocals and when Benn goes, "...cause it's LOVE..." Then we'll go, "LOVE!" And we laughed until we cried, and Eugene was wondering why we were laughing. Ariel, feed him! And later Ariel blamed it on Abby's meepok HAHAHA.
So You Think You Can Scream??? was held yesterday, worship experience, and it was great. Really really good. And FUEL was fun. Yeah, quite. Haha. We had the questions game and Abby was sitting on my left, so she asked, "What if I can... slack for the rest of my life?" Then my answer was "SURE! Let's do it together." When we read it out, Grace was like, "WHAT??? DO IT??? IT???" HAHAHA.
At Macs, Jeann was talking to us MG-Nyte girls about the multiplication (actually division, but nevermind). And it got pretty sad. Kinda. But after wards Benn and Ariel went for some walk or whatever so Abby and I were talking at the table and we were trying to see if Macs' Coke tastes different from normal coke. Abby said, "If you put the coke under your tongue, if it bites, then it's original coke." So we were drinking and putting it under our tongue and it was SUPER painful. OUCH. Then Jeann came over and we were talking about phones and battery lives and it got super funny cause I compared the Sony Ericsson phone battery life to that of a water bottle. LOL doesn't make sense but nevermind. Then we were given Belgian chocolates from Gid, supposedly from Gabriel Fang. There were holes in the plastic to place the chocolate and we were trying to fit the remaining chocolates into the right holes. It was fun! (: One didn't fit, so Abby asked Isaac, who was sitting next to her, "This one doesn't fit in anywhere, can you eat it?" Haha.
My bruises still hurt. :/

In this dream, I had an argument with two people I really trusted. Somehow in this dream they did something to me, and it was as if they were betraying me or something because they're so familiar with each other and I'm just a newbie.
This dream, it scared me.
The argument was pretty much heated, somehow I can't really explain it. But it was as if everything I said became soundless, even though was saying stuff but nothing came out. And if they came out, it seemed stupid in comparison to their argument. In addition, there were the looks. They say words can cut deep, but I'd say body language and actions can cut deeper. Yesterday my mum and I were doing spring cleaning. Well, at least cleaning. So in the afternoon, Abby's mom and Abby came over and my mom and I went to BTP for lunch with them. And at the food court, there was this small girl, she was wearing this Minnie Mouse hairband, and it was weird cause there were two big black ears sticking out of her head, like some Minnie Mouse wannabe or something like that. Then we went to school to get our Sec 2 books. However, my mum didn't tell my dad that she was buying the books, not like recycling from other people's books. So when we got back home, Abby's mom and Abby came up to our house for like coffee or something, and then suddenly my dad came home cause he applied for leave, without my mum knowing. When the intercom rang, then Abby's mom was like, "XUE ER! XUE ER! Keep your books, quick! Quick! Keep it in your room, your dad's back!" Which was completely hilarious cause it was like this mad rush and Abby's mum and I were laughing like crazy.
Oh well.
Somehow, when I think of the multiplication in Trinity, I feel a rush of sadness, anger and nostalgia. Mmhmm, anger. Because it doesn't have to be like this. Because, they can just move the whole church to PL and they don't have to split everyone up. Because they don't know what it's like, because they're adults. Because they don't have to just disconnect us like this. Who gives a freak about petrol anyway?
Well, at least I don't.
And I wonder, what will even happen to us after the stupid multiplication. There won't be so many people, cause so many are going to PL. Ahhh CRAP.
Okay whatever. Change topic before I get angrier, sadder and more nostalgic. It's funny how parents' moods can change so fast. Like in the morning they can be nagging, but once you wake up they're like. All nice and sweet. :/ Heh I suppose that's a good thing.

Can't get over Step Up. HEE. I wanna watch it again! :D
There was this part where Channing was lying face down, and everyone in the theatre was like, "Whoa, his ass is huge." LOL. LOL!
BUT IT WAS A GOOD MOVIE. AS GOOD AS PEARL HARBOR. (:
I bought The Devil Wears Prada & Perfect Match! Woohoo. Benn, Ariel, Jo and me were in the Orchard MRT when this guy was trying to act macho or whatever, he tried to tap his card by throwing it on the reader. The funny thing is, the card missed and went to the side! HAHA. It was hilarious.
It was a good day. :D
Today, I went to Botanic Gardens with Dee and Jo. It was really fun and Dee was trying to scare away the swans and it was like squeak squeak. And Dee went, "EE EE!" LOL. We had a nice long talk about STUFF, and we played with my mini cards which were super hard to hold.

The holidays have been, surprisingly, stressful. I guess it's the whole trying to figure out what to do that makes it stressful. My mum's been nagging at me to play the freaking piano. One hour a day. Does that make ANY sense, when the exams are only in February. In case you didn't know, it's only November.
Darn, it's November already. 2006 went by really fast. Whether that was good or bad, I'm not sure, but it was an eventful year. And this year has made me wonder why people like to make life so complicated when it doesn't have to be. But I had a great class. In Primary school, we wouldn't care about our class, and we'd love the last day of school. But, now I think I wasn't really looking forward to it.
I hate nostalgia.
Because it means looking back.
Because looking back means the past.
& because the past doesn't mean present.
I wonder if at the end of next year I'll ever look back like this. I wonder if I'll truly miss my friends here. Truth be told, I have mixed feelings about Melbourne. When I think about Melbourne, I really wanna go there. Then again, when I think about everything I have here in S'pore, I'm not so sure anymore.

Wait, if I even have one. Because I was watching Sleeping with the Enemy on HBO the other day, and it was about this lady who escaped from her abusive but uber rich husband by faking her death. And she settled down somewhere else. In this nice neighbourhood, single.
So I decided, that if I become like her, or I'm single for like one big part of my life, when I'm grown up, I wanna buy this small house in Melbourne and have like a swing on the porch. Then I can watch the sunset on the swing! Ahh. :D

Sleeping with the Enemy was never finished beccause my mom wanted to watch some stupid boring Korean serial drama which has cheesy credits music, no background music at all, hysterical girls who want revenge and hysterical girls who go crazy because their boyfriend split up with her and fell in love with the girl who wants revenge, guys that are stupid enough to fall in love with the girl who wants revenge, and the guys aren't even slightly good-looking.

Honestly, the sauna was lousy. It wasn't even warm at all. But it was nice. Irony, but heck. Like it's raining cats and dogs outside, but still you can sit in this nice wooden room that's (quite) warm, and let the world rage outside. Yet, you're safe. :D And I realised, that's pretty much like God's love for us. Your world can be raging, everything's going down, it's like a storm you can't handle, but when you turn to God, it's like you're safe in a crazy world. Haha. :D
Went to the gym after the sauna and we had it all to ourselves! The lights are nice - they go off after a while and they only turn on when you're in the room! Abby and I were trying to keep it on for as long as possible. Haha. We were still wet, so when we were on the mats, when we got up, the mats were all wet. LOL. I NEED A SKIPPING ROPE!
Its was fun :D But I'm dead tired.
